Gymnastics
These classes are for girls age 6 -12 and include instruction on floor, bars,
beam, vault and trampoline. Classes are divided by ability level. Students learn
progressive gymnastics skills that increase strength, flexibility, agility,
concentration, balance and confidence. Our fun, yet challenging classes use a
reward system to designate levels and chart progress, following modified
U.S.A. Gymnastics progressions. We have equipment for all standard
gymnastics events plus Trapeze, Tumble Track, Indoor Playground, Rope
Climb, and other fun apparatus.
